Loved the clean rooms and common bathrooms. Excellent location near the Sala Daeng BTS station. Calm environment away from the chaos. Super helpful and caring staff. Great price-quality relation.
Felt extremely well taken care of, no complaints whatsoever.

Smile Society is one of the nicest hostels we have stayed in during our 6 month trip. The owners are super friendly and will help you any way they can. The hostel is really well located in relation to the Skytrain and MRT making attractions in Bangkok easily accessible. The facilities were very clean and the beds in the room were extremely comfortable. A nice breakfast was included and the hostel has a homely feel.

Great place to stay. Was traveling solo and came in very late at night. Stayed in the dormitory, it was very comfortable, clean, and reasonably priced. Bee is amazing, you will never meet a nicer person. Other reviewers were right it can be difficult to find but Bee includes a followup email after your booking with very specific instructions on how to get there and a map. With these items you won't have a problem finding it.

The staff is extremely kind; Bee is a lovely person and she helped me a lot to do the tour I wanted to do at Bangkok (floating market, tiger temple and riding elephants). I recommend this hotel and I really would stay there more times.

We recently stayed at a lovely hostel in Bangkok. the owner at Smile Society was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. the location was excellent, just a short walk from the metro station. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the hostel, as there were always cleaners working to keep it tidy. We felt safe and comfortable during our entire stay, thanks to the key card access and security guard at night. the hostel offered great value for money, with a spacious private room, daily housekeeping, and amenities like free water bottles, towels. the staff were friendly and even helped us plan our daily activities. We also enjoyed the convenient access to cheap massages nearby. we would definitely choose to stay here again. Cons: Nothing to be said. 😊.

The hotel is excellent! Its brand new, the rooms are amazingly beautiful, very clean and well decorated. The location is also very good. Easy to get taxis, tuk tuk and close to sky train. The staff was the best part! Extremely kind, helpful and warm. They even took us to a night tour around town, in their own car. We had an amazing experience at Smile Society. the owner, Miss Bee, put her heart and soul into making our stay great. From the warm welcome at the front desk to the helpful maps and notes around the hostel, every detail was well thought out. the common area and our room were both comfortable and had a relaxed atmosphere. Plus, the location was perfect, with a sky train station just five minutes away and various amenities close by. Miss Bee was a caring manager who provided super tips and even helped organize our onward journey. Cons: Everything was great! 😊.

Bed sheets were quite clean, luckily they have been changed since the previous guest (which is a rare luxury in Bangkok).
Room was pretty small and no windows (they call this 'superior'?). The hotel is hidden in the very back of a creepy street.
